Chairman  Linda Belleau called the meeting to order at 7:00pm and the following items were discussed.
 

1. The T-Hanger lease agreement was discussed.  Some of our members asked if the airport has insurance should one of their employees damage an aircraft in one of the hangars.  The Airport staff is covered if damage occurs to an aircraft due to airport employee activity.

2. The reversion clause was also discussed.   We were updated on the meeting held by the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority board regarding this issue. The Greeley Weld County Airport Authority Board has taken our recommendations under advisement  and will make decisions in the coming months regarding the reversion clause.   The Tenants and Users Association members believe that we need to continue to work with the Weld County Airport board regarding this issue to effect an agreement acceptable to all parties concerned.
 

3. Karl Moran discussed our Website.  Karl informed us we have e mail capability.  The cost for the website is $120.00 set up fee and a $50.00 yearly fee. Karl also requested comments and subject matter for the web page.  If anyone has aviation related articles for sale, information, or good stories he will post them on the site.
 

4. We also watched a movie made by the AOPA called Airport Watch.  The movie was entertaining and focused on how we as users and tenants could enhance airport security.  The movie highlighted airport user vigilance, awareness of suspicious activities on our airport, and reporting to the proper authority. 

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:25pm by Chairman Linda Belleau
